I’m not a fitness influencer, and I’m definitely not perfect. I’m just someone who cares about staying strong enough to enjoy my life — running when I can, lifting when I remember, eating well most of the time, and choosing joy even when it’s not the “optimal” choice. I follow the research, I ignore some of it (when I don't like the answer), and I experiment with what actually works for me. This site is where I sort through the noise, share what I’m learning, and stay almost fit — not perfect, just capable enough to chase the grandkids and have fun doing it.
